Growth Marketer

About the Role

You'll own the full funnel from awareness to first booking. This is a high-ownership, data-driven role that blends performance marketing, SEO, and lifecycle campaigns. You'll have a real budget, real targets, and real impact on Bayaroo's growth.

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliate channels
• Own CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets; report weekly on channel performance
• Drive organic growth through SEO strategy, content partnerships, and technical SEO audits
• Design and run referral, loyalty, and re-engagement programs
• Build email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture and retain travellers
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-converting creative assets
• Identify and test new acquisition channels: influencer, OTT, programmatic

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of growth or performance marketing experience at a consumer startup
• Hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns with significant budgets
• Strong understanding of attribution modelling, pixel setup, and UTM tracking
• Proficiency with analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
• Data-first thinking — you make decisions from dashboards, not gut feelings
• Excellent written English for ad copy, email, and campaign briefs

Nice to Have

Not required, but you'll stand out if you have any of these.

• Experience in the travel, hospitality, or marketplace vertical
• Knowledge of SEO — technical audits, keyword research, backlink strategy
• Experience with Marketing Automation tools (Brevo, Klaviyo, MoEngage)
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and UGC campaigns
