Product Manager

About the Role

You'll be the PM for Bayaroo's core traveller product — the flows that take a user from 'I want to travel somewhere' to 'I just made an amazing memory'. You'll work with engineering, design, marketing, and ops to ship the right things at the right time.

What You'll Do

• Define, prioritise, and own the product roadmap for core traveller-facing features
• Write clear, well-structured PRDs that engineering and design can build from
• Analyse user behaviour data (Mixpanel, GA4) to identify friction and opportunities
• Design and run A/B experiments; interpret results to make data-backed decisions
• Lead sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives with cross-functional squads
• Gather and synthesise feedback from users, field agents, and support tickets
• Coordinate launches cross-functionally with marketing, content, and ops

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably at a consumer tech startup
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with SQL, product analytics tools, and dashboards
• Experience running A/B tests and interpreting statistical significance
• Excellent written and verbal communication — you write PRDs people actually enjoy reading
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders without losing quality
• Track record of shipped features that moved key metrics

Nice to Have

Not required, but you'll stand out if you have any of these.

• Experience in travel, marketplace, or booking-flow products
• Familiarity with growth mechanics and funnel optimisation
• Basic prototyping ability in Figma
• Experience with Agile / Scrum facilitation
