Brand & Motion Designer

About the Role

You'll be the guardian of the Bayaroo brand — crafting the visual voice that appears on every Instagram Reel, email newsletter, conference banner, and app store screenshot. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and visual craft.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality visual assets: social posts, Reels covers, email templates, ads, pitch decks
• Produce motion graphics and animated content for Instagram, YouTube, and digital campaigns
• Maintain and expand brand guidelines — typography, colour, iconography, photography direction
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver campaign-specific creative assets on time
• Design print and offline collateral: event materials, brochures, merchandise
• Review and approve vendor/agency creative output for brand consistency

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of brand or graphic design experience
• Expert-level Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
• A portfolio showcasing strong brand identity, motion, and digital design work
• Understanding of social media formats and platform-specific creative requirements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craft
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

Not required, but you'll stand out if you have any of these.

• Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve)
• 3D design skills (Spline, Blender basics)
• Photography or art direction experience
• Travel industry or lifestyle brand background
