Video Editor & Reels Creator

About the Role

Video is how the next generation discovers travel — and Bayaroo's content should be the most inspiring on their feed. You'll edit short-form travel videos, Reels, and YouTube Shorts that showcase India's destinations, experiences, and the people behind them.

What You'll Do

• Edit short-form videos (15–90 sec) for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads
• Cut, colour grade, add captions, sound effects, and music to raw footage
• Work with the social media manager to translate briefs into emotionally resonant video content
• Manage the video assets library — footage, music, sound effects, templates
• Stay on top of trending Reel formats, transitions, and audio to keep content fresh
• Collaborate with field and creator teams to brief field footage requirements
• Assist with longer-form YouTube content when required

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience for social media
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve) and CapCut
• Portfolio of short-form travel, lifestyle, or brand video content
• Strong sense of rhythm, pacing, and storytelling through video
• Understanding of Instagram Reels best practices — hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs
• Ability to work fast — multiple edits per week with quick turnarounds

Nice to Have

Not required, but you'll stand out if you have any of these.

• Experience with After Effects for motion graphics and titles
• Drone footage editing experience
• Photography or videography skills for original content capture
• Travel content background or passion for Indian culture and destinations
