Travel Agent Partnerships Manager
About the Role
You'll build and own Bayaroo's travel agent partner network — the travel agencies and tour operators who sell Bayaroo packages to their clients. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role that requires deep knowledge of the Indian travel distribution landscape.
What You'll Do
- Identify and sign travel agencies, tour operators, and DMCs as Bayaroo distributors
- Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and co-marketing agreements
- Onboard partners onto the Bayaroo agent portal and train their staff
- Act as primary account manager — quarterly reviews, issue resolution, upselling
- Collaborate with the marketing team on co-branded campaigns and exclusive offers
- Track partner revenue contribution, activation, and engagement KPIs
- Attend travel trade events (SATTE, OTM, ITB) to represent Bayaroo
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of partnership, B2B sales, or account management experience in travel
- Deep understanding of the Indian travel agency and tour operator ecosystem
- Strong relationship-building and commercial negotiation skills
- Experience managing large partner portfolios with demonstrable revenue impact
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Existing relationships with prominent travel agencies across India
- Experience with GDS systems or OTA distribution models
- Knowledge of IATA/TAAI membership structures and requirements
- Proficiency in Hindi and one regional language
