B2B Sales Executive (Properties & Hotels)

About the Role

Bayaroo's supply side is our competitive moat — the more unique, high-quality properties we have, the more travellers choose us. You'll own outbound and inbound sales for property partners, building relationships with homestay owners, boutique hotels, and eco-resorts.

What You'll Do

• Identify and prospect boutique properties, homestays, and heritage hotels across India
• Run the full sales cycle: discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → close
• Onboard new properties onto the Bayaroo platform and ensure listing quality
• Maintain relationships with property partners, upselling premium features and promotions
• Track pipeline, forecast accurately, and report weekly against revenue targets
• Collaborate with ops and content teams for smooth post-sales onboarding
• Represent Bayaroo at travel trade shows and hospitality industry events

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or SaaS
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong consultative selling skills — you ask great questions before pitching
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication in English

• Existing network in the boutique hospitality industry
• Experience selling to property owners or hotel management
• Knowledge of OTA platforms (MakeMyTrip, OYO) ecosystem
• Regional language proficiency (Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, etc.)
