Field Agent Recruiter

About the Role

Bayaroo's field agents are on-the-ground ambassadors — local people who know their region better than anyone. You'll identify, recruit, onboard, and train these agents, expanding Bayaroo's reach into India's incredible Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and rural destinations.

What You'll Do

• Identify target geographies and define recruit profiles for field agents
• Run ground-level recruitment campaigns: college visits, community events, social ads
• Conduct screening interviews and select candidates who match Bayaroo's quality bar
• Lead onboarding programs — platform training, sales skills, app usage, support protocols
• Act as ongoing mentor and point of contact for agent cohorts in your territory
• Track agent activation rates, booking volumes, and retention metrics
• Report market intelligence from the field to product and operations teams

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years experience in field sales, B2C recruitment, or field operations
• Willingness to travel extensively across India — this is a field-heavy role
• Strong ability to work with people from diverse educational and socioeconomic backgrounds
• Excellent communicator in English and at least one regional Indian language
• Track record of meeting recruitment or sales targets

Nice to Have

Not required, but you'll stand out if you have any of these.

• Experience in travel, FMCG, or fintech field operations
• Knowledge of rural or Tier 2/3 Indian markets
• Experience designing or facilitating training programs
• Own vehicle and driving license
