Experience Curator & Community Manager

About the Role

Bayaroo experiences are the heart of what makes us different — they're real, rooted, and run by remarkable local people. Your job is to find the best ones, build trust with the hosts, help them publish on Bayaroo, and ensure guests always have a world-class time.

What You'll Do

• Research, discover, and reach out to prospective experience hosts across India
• Visit and audit experiences to assess quality, safety, and alignment with Bayaroo values
• Onboard new hosts — training them on the platform, photography, pricing, and guest management
• Maintain ongoing host relationships, resolve disputes, and handle quality escalations
• Collect and act on guest feedback to continuously improve experience quality
• Work with content team to create compelling experience listings and stories
• Track experience performance metrics and recommend promotional actions

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of partnership, hospitality, or community management experience
• Deep passion for travel and genuine curiosity about India's diverse communities and traditions
• Strong relationship-building skills — you're warm, credible, and reliable
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; regional language a plus
• Willingness to travel to field locations regularly (up to 40% travel)
• Strong organisational skills — managing many host relationships simultaneously

• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or cultural heritage sectors
• Photography skills for experience audits and listing content
• Knowledge of food safety, adventure tourism, or cultural experience curation
• Existing network among local artisans, farmers, community leaders
